Claire is preparing for a surprise birthday party when her partner, Damien comes home and finds the house a mess. As they continue to set up for the party, tensions rise as the problems within their relationship become more apparent. They engage in a passive-aggressive and toxic dialogue that inevitably crescendos into a violent and disturbing ending.
